3-SHOW JUNGLE PRODUCED PACKAGE

Audio Description and American Sign Language dates as well as Jungle accessibility seating available for both subscription packages. Both subscription packages offer priority seating during the first 3 weeks of the show, ensuring that our subscribers are the first to experience regional and world premieres with the best seats in the house. We will also continue to waive ticket exchange fees, so if your plans change, you'll easily be able to move your tickets!

BOOKING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TICKETS ONLINE
1. After you have clicked the “Buy Season Subscriptions” button, you will be redirected to this page:
You will see two different packages, 3-play and 5-play, please reference the season brochure or our website for details on which productions are in each package. When you know what package you will be purchasing, click the “Buy” button. You will then select the number of subscriptions you would like to purchase by clicking on the arrows next to the price type. Through these instructions we will be showing you the purchase of two 3-play subscriptions at the Market Value pricing level. If you want to be seated with friends, we recommend that one person makes the order for all of the subscribers in your party.
2. This next step is when you will be selecting the performance dates for the production in the package you have selected. Start at the top and use the arrows to the left and right to scroll through the available dates you can choose from.
You need to select all of your dates before being able to proceed to the next step where you will select seating.
3. On the right-hand side you will see “Get best seats for all,” “Choose your same seats for all” and “Choose different seats for each.”
We highly recommend that you select “Choose different seats for each.” If you choose the “Get best seats for all” option, the system will auto-select seats for you and you will not be able to choose your seats. If you select “Choose your same seats for all,” a seating map will pop up that will indicate what seats are available for each of the dates you chose. If you select, “Choose different seats for each” you will see “Choose seats” populate under each of the production icons. Click on “Choose seats” and then Once you have made a selection, you will want to click on “Choose Seats” and proceed with selecting the seats you would like, make sure to do this for each production.
You will notice that The Courtroom says “General Admission” this production is not happening at Jungle Theater and will happen off-site.
4. Once you have selected your seats, continue to click on the “Proceed to Next Step” button. You will then be brought to a screen where you will review all of your selections before proceeding checkout. When you are ready, click on “Add to Cart.”
5. You are now in the final step of purchasing a 22/23 subscription. Scroll down the page to the contact details step. If you know your login information, feel free to log in. Otherwise please enter your name and contact information. When you are ready to move forward click “Continue.”
Then, you will be asked to answer two different questions. The question about accessible seating is not required, if you are not purchasing accessible seating feel free to skip this question.
Click “Continue” to proceed to payment. You will then enter your payment information, agree to terms and conditions, and then to complete your order click on “Place order.”
The next screen will display a confirmation of your order and informs you that you will also be receiving a confirmation via email. If you have any questions, please email us at boxoffice@jungletheater.org. We thank you for your patience as this is the box office’s busiest time of year.
LOGGING ON TO YOUR JUNGLE ACCOUNT
If you have purchased with us before, just log in with the email address you've used before. There's a link to reset your password if necessary. If you are new to the Jungle, welcome! Please create an account by filling in your contact information during the checkout process.
Under “Do you have an account?” please click Login.
On the next screen in the Login box, please click on Forgot Password.
Then, enter the email you have used to purchase Jungle Theater tickets in the past and click Send Email.
Check your email inbox, be sure to check spam/junk/clutter folders, and reset your password. Once you finish this step return to the checkout page, make sure you a logged in, and follow the steps to complete your purchase!
